Marketing and Service Objectives (Brand Recognition and Developing Trust)

  1. Brand recognition


Glacier is a new comers in frozen food industry. It is not being known widely by the community.  We can see that the ability of a consumer to recognize our brand over other brands is one of the first important step to be concern on when it comes to new product or new company marketing objective. So, we first set our main objective in marketing is to be known in the community. We try to come up with many ways to make sure that the outcome will be the recognition from the consumers for our products and brand.

Brand recognition is about how we can make consumers identify our product through attributes and design elements which include shape, color, illustrations and graphics. So that we are working hard in designing our logo and packaging to attract consumers and make sure they will stop by whenever they see our product in the  freezer. Beside that, we also offer our best service to our consumers such as free delivery to their house when they online.


2. Developing trust



Developing trust in customers is one primary focus in marketing and  service objective. We always want our customers to keep trusting our products in a long time and we are trying our best not to disapoint our customer. As we can see, even big companies is working hard to keep customers’ trust in their product and brand. Developing relationships with customers to gain their trust and building trust in customer’s eyes through tangible signs of quality is one of our main concern after brand recognition. Customer trust develops from the first contact and extends through service delivery, implementation, care and support. So, we can see here interactive relationship between our employees and our customers is very important to create a good impression in the eyes of the customers.
