DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY

For Glacier Company Sdn Bhd we are focusing on two distribution channel which are direct selling from our store and wholesale to the suppliers. Glacier have our own store selling variety kind of frozen food produce in our factory. Direct selling is an effective way for our company to build long lasting customer relationships and grow a flexible, low cost business. 

We also conduct wholesale distribution to the supplier. This channel is also taken because the potential customer may widely disperse and located far from our store. Wholesale distribution leaves the selling to wholesalers and retailers specialized in retail sales.  Actually, it gives us opportunity to focus on manufacturing quality frozen food at the lowest cost. As for now, we are targeting to supply our product to the hotel and supermarket.
