Sdn Bhd has our own marketing team and one of them has been selected in charge
for marketing our frozen food product through medium such as facebook, instagram and twitter. We tried to reach
as much as possible our potential consumer by boosting the posting during peak
hour which the time where social media got high traffic access of users. The posting
must take place at least 3 post per day. The content of post contain not only
description or introducing Glacier as frozen food supplier but also it expand
on sharing feedback from consumer, related video and other things that we think
may attract potential consumer. We always make sure that
information given to the audience is accurate and within our policy.
We
are concern more about the effectiveness of the post the quality about it
instead of quantity of the post should post per day. An effective post could
attract fast response from the consumer at least to know more about kind of
frozen food that we are offering. By using social media our main target audience
is the housewife and teenagers. Marketing team will make sure that they would
reach as many of this group of people. We believe that people nowadays tend to
check out online reviews before making a decision. One of the most essential
involves targeting people who check out for food or restaurant reviews online,
at sites such as Yelp, Zomato, and even Trip Advisor.
